Find Out the IPP Practice System

   Industry Professional Practice (IPP) field practice system is a long-term field train- ing system linked to companies that intro- duce field training semesters (IPP semes- ters) into the existing school system and allow industries to conduct field train- ing related to their majors for four to six months. Qualifications to take the course will be given to juniors and seniors who have completed more than four semes- ters. Dongguk university has established an on-site training support system to im- prove its curriculum and train creative tal- ents with practical skills and established an industry-academic cooperation network through technical guidance and techni- cal development support for companies. Through this, the IPP system helps stu- dents improve their practical skills and set their career paths in major fields and lead a virtuous industry-academic cooperation education model so that companies can se- cure excellent human resources early and reduce employment and re-education costs.
