The 2022 administrative department’s winter vacation shutdown and intensive vacation guidance

   Our university administration will have intensive leave from the 18th to the 24th. During the period, the entire administrative department will be closed for a total of three days, from the 18th to the 20th. Therefore, the administrative department demanded that civil service be handled in advance.

   The Central Library and the Biopharmaceutical Library archives will be closed from the 18th to the 24th of this month in time for the administrative department’s shutdown and the Lunar New Year holiday. In the case of returning books, it is possible by using an unmanned return machine at the central library and law school, but the return deadline between the 18th and 24th will be extended to the 25th. However, the law museum and Bio Cesco reading room are operating normally.

   The winter vacation shutdown aims to resolve power shortages and reduce budgets, prevent COVID-19 quarantine-related prevention, and improve the work commitment and efficiency of administrative department employees. The administration emphasized the thoroughness of SECOM to prevent security accidents during vacation, the separation of unused outlets for safety accidents such as fire, and thorough safety inspections in laboratory and laboratory.
