   The theme of love reality shows is becoming more diverse, showing the emotions behind the excitement of the public. In the past, programs in the form of virtual marriage or blind dates were the main ones. However, recently, stories of divorced people looking for new love and living with an ex-lover who broke up are depicted. Compared to the programs that show what the public thinks of as formal love, there has been a tendency to express individual emotions honestly recently, and changes in content are occurring.

   Such love reality programs are gaining popularity since it is easy to sympathize with the people on the shows by watching the emotions that anyone, from real-life couples of various ages to lovers who are worried about parting, will experience. “Transit Love 2,” which ended successfully, is a romance reality program in which couples who broke up for various reasons gather in one house to look back on their past relationships, face new relationships, and find their own love. The top-rated broadcast received a great response from the public by expressing the feelings of a jealous man while looking at his ex-lover choosing a new partner. In addition to vicarious satisfaction through the program, viewers can indirectly feel, sympathize with, and see the scars and pains of the cast in their own situations. As the saying goes, “It is hard to fathom the real minds and intentions of men,” there is room for a reversal, and the advantage is that it can be seen easily.

   In addition, it is also a problem for viewers to criticize the appearance of the cast on the show. Since most cast members are ordinary people, severe slander and personal attacks can lead to personal privacy violations. As a result, there are growing concerns that a solution is needed to protect the cast. Since ordinary people do not act as they see what they have learned, there is a high probability of showing a natural appearance since they act as if they are immersed in the situation. Therefore, viewers should recognize that defamation and invasion of privacy are obvious crimes, and the production crew must take a more serious approach to protect the cast. Additionally, another problem is that people with a past such as assault or a criminal record to appear on TV. As ordinary people appear, the importance of preliminary verification by the production team is also increasing.
